Meet Dana Stern, M.D.
Dr. Stern in a board certified dermatologist.  Although she is considered internationally to be a nail expert and devotes the majority of her time in her New York City practice to treating nail disorders she also specializes in medical, pediatric and cosmetic dermatology.  Dr. Stern graduated Summa Cum Laude from Emory University where she majored in Biology & Anthropology and received a medical degree from New York Medical College in 2002.  She completed her medical residency in dermatology at the Mount Sinai Medical Center, where she served as Chief Resident.   Having completed a two-year fellowship in dermatopharmacology, Dr. Stern has a unique knowledge of dermatologic therapeutics and is able to offer a tailored and individualized treatment regimen to each of her patients.  Dr. Stern is an assistant Clinical professor at The Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York.  She is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, a member of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, The Council for Nail Disorders, and The Skin Cancer Foundation.  Dr. Stern has been nominated by her peers to be featured in the New York Times magazine “Super Doctors” in 2014.  As a nationally recognized dermatologist, Dr. Stern has lectured at the annual Council for Nail Disorders conference, The American Academy of Dermatology, The New York College of Podiatric Medicine, The Dermatology Society of Greater New York and is a regular invitee at grand rounds lectures at several teaching hospitals.  Dr. Stern has published several book chapters, original studies and many articles in the medical literature including the Journal of The American Academy of Dermatology, The Archives of Dermatology, Journal of Drugs In Dermatology, Dermatologic Clinics and Psoriasis Forum.

At the Laser & Skin Surgery Center of New York our procedural dermatologist and general dermatologists are board certified in dermatology,  our procedural dermatologist are all fellowship trained in laser surgery, cosmetic dermatology and Mohs micrographic surgery.  In addition to skin cancer surgery, cosmetic dermatology and dermatologic surgery our physicians have specialized interests as designated below:
Roy Geronemus, M.D. specializes in the laser treatment of the aging face and body, scar treatments, birthmarks in newborns, children and adults, tattoo removal, injectable fillers and Botox.

Leonard Bernstein, M.D. specializes in laser  hair removal having the most experience with this technology.  He also treats birthmarks, mole removal, body contouring, and skin cancer

Yoon Soo Cindy Bae, M.D. specializes in sclerotherapy for leg veins, including endovenous laser treatments, and body contouring.

Jeremy A. Brauer, M.D. specializes in body contouring, non-invasive acne treatments, tattoo removal and excessive sweating

Ron Shelton, M.D. specializes in laxity of the skin using the latest radiofrequency techniques.  He also specializes in removal of moles and skin surgery

Robert Anolik, M.D. specializes in laser treatments for broken blood vessels and aging skin as well as body contouring with Coolsculpting.

Elliot T. Weiss, M.D. specializes in injectable fillers and botox as well as the aging face using laser, radiofrequency and light technology.

Roy S. Seidenberg, M.D. is a general dermatologist who specializes in the treatment of acne, routine and complicated dermatological conditions.

Jessica Krant, M.D. specializes in  mole removal, skin examinations, and acne
