Meet Dr. Deborah Manjoney
 Dr. Manjoney received her medical education at the University of Vermont College of Medicine. She was elected to the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha National Medical Honor Fraternity in her third year, and was the recipient of the Senior Surgical Research Award. Dr. Manjoney completed an internship, residency and Chief Residency in general surgery at the University of Vermont Medical Center before pursuing an additional residency in cardiothoracic surgery at the University of Chicago.Dr. Manjoney then served as Assistant Professor of Surgery at the State University of New York in Brooklyn and Chief of Thoracic Surgery at the Kings County Hospital from 1986-1990. She subsequently worked as an attending Cardiothoracic Surgeon in Erie, Pennsylvania before moving to the Milwaukee area in 1992.Once in Wisconsin, Dr. Manjoney served as a Cardiac and Thoracic Surgeon on the staffs of several area hospitals in both Milwaukee and Waukesha for over 10 years, with an active practice until 2004.

Wisconsin Vein Center & MediSpa’s Beginnings

In September 2002, Dr. Manjoney opened the Wisconsin Vein Center & MediSpa, and in 2004, she left her hospital practice to devote all her medical efforts to treatment of varicose vein disease and performance of minimally-invasive aesthetic procedures. Dr. Manjoney has become a recognized leader in office-based treatment of varicose veins and has performed over 2,500 Endovenous Laser Ablations of Saphenous Veins and over 8,000 ambulatory phlebectomy and sclerotherapy procedures. She was one of the first female surgeons to bring the “medispa” concept to the area, and although it was difficult to leave a high-powered career as a heart surgeon, Dr. Manjoney saw a need for the services she now offers. Her vision was to offer premium care in a state-of-the-art facility that had a comfortable, calming environment.Dr. Manjoney’s model of excellence is continually implemented through offering the best training and education for her staff. Her high standards are evidenced by her expert staff and the quality of care she offers her patients. She provides the most advanced medical and aesthetic treatments and has a strong desire to continue helping women feel great. Recognizing the need for a natural approach to help women deal with perimenopausal issues and hormone balance, she founded TransforM Diet and Wellness Center in 2012. The center prescribes Bio-Identical Hormones to accomplish this mission. The center also provides patients with the hCG diet plan and ongoing support for safe, rapid and permanent weight reduction.

A Locally and Nationally Recognized Leader

Dr. Manjoney has been a speaker at regional and national conferences on the subject of heart disease in women, and currently is a nationally-sponsored educator of physicians on laser therapy of varicose veins. She has lectured extensively to audiences here and nationwide and has been featured in magazines, news articles and on television. Dr. Manjoney continues to educate the public on both medical and aesthetic procedures through regular appearances on The Morning Blend television show and through lectures at colleges and local seminars. She is a firm believer in educating the public on taking charge of their own health and well-being.In June 2009, Dr. Manjoney received the Milwaukee Business Journal’s prestigious Entrepreneur “Woman of Influence” Award. Her current appointments include: Preceptor/Lecturer for Dornier Med Tech, Editorial Board Member for Vein Therapy News, and Luminary for Alma Lasers. Dr. Manjoney is a member of the National Association of Professional Women and the Milwaukee TEMPO organization. Dr. Manjoney has been extensively published in a variety of medical publications, including Phlebology, American Surgery, Journal of Surgical Research, and the Journal of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery.Dr. Manjoney has recently served on the Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital Foundation Board, and is an active sponsor and participant of the Go Red for Women movement of the American Heart Association.Dr. Manjoney currently resides in Nashotah with her husband, Dr. Scott Stanwyck, an orthopedic surgeon. She has two young adult children, Cole and Lauren. She credits her family as her motivation to change careers and is appreciative of the love and support they have given her.

Dr. Mary Fox, MD, FACS

Mary received her Bachelor’s Degree from Marquette University and her medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin. She is a board certified ENT Doctor and facial plastic surgeon bringing dedicated expertise in facial structure and anatomy. Mary is recognized for her safe and precise surgical skills and is an expert when it comes to cosmetic injectables such as Botox, Juvederm, Voluma and other facial fillers. She also possesses advanced training in Kybella for permanent destruction of submental fat. She believes in only delivering extraordinary patient care with realistic and natural outcomes. She has a genuine compassion towards her patients and educates to offer the very best opportunities for enhancement of appearance and self-confidence. Mary possesses an empathetic ear, excellent communication skills and a gentle bedside manner. She is a very proud mother of 2 children and enjoys spending time with her children, traveling, cooking, and horseback riding.

Lisa Thomas, PA-C

Lisa graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology. She began her career at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, working in the toxicology lab. She returned to Wisconsin several years later where she worked at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin while earning her Master’s degree in Physician Studies at Marquette University. Lisa worked alongside Dr. Manjoney as a Cardiothoracic Surgical PA from 1999 to 2004 before her tenure with Wisconsin Vein Center & Medispa. Her specialties include cardiothoracic surgery, orthopedic surgery and venous medicine. Lisa has worked with Wisconsin Vein Center & Medispa since 2009 and is a vital member of the team. She takes pride in educating her patients to achieve their goals for a safe and natural looking outcome. Her treatment focus includes medical and cosmetic vein procedures, laser treatments, laser technology, cosmetic injectables and wellness diets. Lisa’s approach is personable and is noted to have a gentle touch while delivering excellent patient care. Lisa enjoys spending time with her kids, participating in triathlons and enjoying her dogs.

Lisa Newman, RN, BSN, CANS

Lisa graduated from Marian University in 1998 receiving her Bachelors of Science in Nursing. She began her career at Aurora St. Lukes as a critical care nurse in cardiothoracic surgery for eight years. She then worked as an OR circulating nurse at Aurora Medical Center as well as working in the post anesthesia care unit for a year and a half. Being a key member of the Wisconsin Vein Center & Medispa team, Lisa received the title of Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS) in 2015 and is recognized for her expertise and advanced medical training. She specializes in vein treatments, vascular procedures, laser treatments, laser technology and skin care. She possesses advanced certifications with cosmetic injectables such as Botox, Juvederm, Voluma and other FDA-approved fillers. Lisa has a detailed approach when it comes to education and performing treatments on her patients. She is engaged by our team and patients enjoy her for her skill, treatment outcomes and kind approach to others. Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and her dog Cletus.

Rita Sweeney, BS, Medical Asthetician, Laser Safety Officer

Rita received her certification as a Licensed Aesthetician in 2000 from the Aveda Institute of Beauty and Wellness. She also possesses her Bachelor’s Degree in chemistry from the University of Vilnius Lithuania. Rita has 16 years of experience treating skin care and aging concerns with a passion for the science of skincare. She holds advanced certifications in laser technologies and is certified through Coolsculpt University for body contouring. Rita has a passion for learning and is always looking for new opportunities to advance her skills and knowledge. Patients appreciate her compassionate, down-to-earth educational approach to your cosmetic concerns. Rita enjoys hiking, biking, foraging, traveling and spending time with friends.

Jolanta Juozaityte, Medical Asthetician

Jolanta was born and raised in Lithuania and studied nursing at the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences in Kaunas. Once in the United States, Jolanta attended and graduated from Aveda School in 2003 obtaining her aesthetic licensure. Before joining the staff at Wisconsin Vein Center & Medispa, Jolanta gained experience performing medical aesthetics and laser treatments at other various establishments. Jolanta is our lead Coolsculpting provider at Wisconsin Vein Center & Medispa and is certified through Coolsculpting University. She has more than a decade of experience with advanced certification in aesthetic laser technologies, focusing her practice on cosmetic laser procedures, body contouring treatments and therapeutic facials. With a strong work ethic and gentle approach, Jolanta is recognized by patients for her sincere, thorough approach to educating her patients on treatment options that will achieve their best personal goals. Jolanta enjoys the outdoors and loves to give back to the community through her many affiliations with local charities.

Marcia Worm, RT, RVS

Marcia Worm Milwaukee

Marcia graduated from the Deaconess Hospital School of Radiologic Technology in 1977. She has over 25 years of experience in ultrasound imaging with certifications in Registered Radiologic Technologist and Registered Vascular Sonographer. Her experience includes special procedure technologist, cardiovascular catheterization lab technologist and vascular ultrasound specialist. At Wisconsin Vein Center & Medispa, Marcia is our Ultrasound Specialist and performs diagnostic venous ultrasound evaluations. She also assists Dr. Manjoney with surgical vein procedures. Marcia has been a valued member of our team for over a decade. Marcia loves to go antiquing and co-owns an antique shop with her brother.

Jane Michalski, RN, BSN, CANS

Jane obtained her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing at Marquette University. Having a background in critical care nursing in cardiothoracic surgery prior to her tenure with Wisconsin Vein Center & Medispa, Jane is one of the few nurses in the state of Wisconsin holding the prestigious Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS) title. She has over five years of dedicated experience in vein treatment, vascular procedures, laser skin treatments, laser technology and skin care. She holds advanced certifications for cosmetic injectable treatments such as Botox, Juvederm, Voluma and other FDA-approved fillers. Jane always puts safety, patient comfort and patient satisfaction first when it comes to your goals for your skin. Jane enjoys traveling, cooking, running and spending time with her dog, Samson.

Tammy has been one of Wisconsin Vein Center & MediSpa’s stalwart front-office Guest Services Coordinators for several years. She is a licensed aesthetician with many years of experience. Tammy has a thorough understanding of our repertoire of services and provides detailed consultations and skin analyses to help devise the perfect care packages for our clients to help them obtain maximal results.


Leece LoCoco, Medical Asthetician, Certified Laser Technician, Laser Safety Officer

Lisa graduated from Vici Capelli Aveda Institute in 2007 beginning her career in medical aesthetics. She worked for a laser company for four years before deciding to move to Arizona in 2011. During her five-year stay in Arizona, Lisa worked at a Naturopathic Aesthetic Physician center that specialized in not only laser technology but also naturopathic wellness. While living in Arizona, she obtained her Certified Laser Technician certification as well as her Laser Safety Officer Certification. She specializes in laser treatments, medical aesthetic procedures and body contouring. She received advanced body contouring training through Coolsculpt University assisting in her successful outcomes. Lisa also has authored several aesthetic articles for Healthy Cells Magazine. She recently moved back to the Milwaukee area in June of 2016 and began working at Wisconsin Vein Center & Medispa. Lisa takes an educational approach with all of her patients enrolling them in medical grade skin care and treatment plans best suited for their skin. She is finishing her BS in Psychology at Arizona State University Online. She loves football and is a huge Packer’s fan.
