Non-invasive fat removal has revolutionized the field of Aesthetic Dermatology. Over the last decade, new technology has drastically changed the aesthetic field. Fat Cells Destroyed with Cold, Heat or Lasers

Treated fat cells are frozen and the cells die. Over time, your body naturally processes and eliminates these dead cells. CoolSculpting works on those stubborn bulges almost anywhere on your body including under the chin.
Other fat removal treatments use heat. A treatment called TruSculpt uses radiofrequency energy to diminish unwanted pockets of fat found just under the skin, called subcutaneous fat. TruSculpt claims, waist circumference and subcutaneous fat are diminished after just one treatment.
Avram says none of these treatments work on what is called, visceral fat. This is the type of fat that’s stored deep within the abdominal cavity. It’s located near your organs, including the liver, stomach, and intestines.
SculpSure is the first FDA-cleared laser treatment to remove fat around the abdomen, flanks, back, inner and outer thighs and under the chin area. Targeted laser energy heats fat cells under the skin without affecting the skin’s surface. SculpSure raises the temperature of fat cells damaging their structural integrity. Over the next three months, the damaged fat cells are processed and eliminated by the body’s lymphatic system.
